Dylan Gorski
Title: Assistant Coach-Pitchers and Catchers

Former MVCC standout catcher Dylan Gorski has joined the MVCC Baseball Coaching staff for 2016-17. His main focus will be on Pitcher and Catcher development. Dylan is a true student of the game and he brings a great deal of knowledge and a winning mentality to the MVCC Baseball program. Coach Warren, when asked about Dylan said the following,"Dylan is one of the most intelligent baseball players I have ever had the opportunity to coach, he is a winner through and through."

Dylan played locally for Whitesboro High School and Whitestown Legion. He was a key contributor in helping Whitestown post 1113 to back-to-back District V Championships as well as a New York State Championship in 2011. While playing for Whitesboro High School Mr. Gorski was the starting catcher for teams that won TVL League as well as Section III Titles. Dylan went on to have a solid two year career at MVCC where he was the Hawks regular catcher as well as Team captain in 2013. The Hawks qualified for the NJCAA Regional Tournament in both seasons. After MVCC Coach Gorski went on to play for Coach Kevin Edick at SUNY POLY where he finished a very successful playing career with the Wildcats. During his senior year at SUNY-Poly Dylan was named as Team captain while hitting .350 with a conference batting average of .429 which earned him All-Conference honors.

Mr. Gorski recently served Whitesboro High School as an Assistant Coach under Head Coach Tom Maggiolino before joining the Hawks staff.
