The Mohawk Valley Men's Soccer team dropped to Finger Lakes Community College on Wednesday afternoon. The Hawks found themselves down 2-0 in the first 30 minutes of the game until Issak Somow received a pass from Kevin Griffith to put the Hawks on the board. The teams would head into halftime with FLCC up 2-1. The Hawks were able to generate multiple chances throughout the second half but were unable to put one by Finger Lakes goalkeeper Travis Cotton. FLCC would go on to score a penalty kick with 3 minutes remaining in the game to secure the 3-1 victory. Hawks Goalkeeper Santiago Rojas finished the game with 3 saves while FLCC Goalkeeper Travis Cotton finished the game with 10 saves. The Hawks return to action next week on Wednesday 4:00pm at Hudson Valley Community College.
