Utica, NY – After capturing the NJCAA National Championship last fall, the Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) men's soccer team has been ranked #1 in the nation heading into the new season.
The Hawks, led by Head Coach Dom DiMaggio, are riding high on momentum after their historic title run. With 14 players returning from last year's championship roster and 25 new additions to the squad, expectations are sky-high for a team hungry to defend its crown.
"We are looking forward to another competitive season at Mohawk Valley Community College," said Coach DiMaggio. "Men's Soccer at our level continues to become increasingly competitive and we're looking forward to defending our National Championship this fall."
MVCC's blend of experienced leadership and fresh talent positions them as a formidable force once again in the NJCAA ranks. With preseason training already underway, the Hawks are focused on maintaining the standards that earned them national recognition and building on the foundation of last year's success.
