At the Region 3 Championship hosted at Tonawanda Lanes, the MVCC Hawks Men's Bowling team earned a third-place finish.

After eight traditional games and six Baker games, the Hawks totaled 6,839 pins on the day. Erie Community College claimed the team title with 8,107 pins, followed by Hudson Valley Community College with 7,500. Hudson County Community College rounded out the field with 3,416.

Leading the charge for MVCC was George Marsh, who paced the Hawks with a strong 1,430 series across traditional play. Trevor Cyr delivered the team's high game of the tournament, firing an impressive 245 to spark momentum during the long day of competition.

The Hawks will return to action when they head to the NJCAA National Championships in Lansing, Michigan.
